Highly polished in durable platings (nickel plating shown), your logo or other information is actually cast right into the metal and enamel color filled for a lifelong, permanent, beautiful one-of-a-kind product.
Plating options include nickel (silver), black nickel, genuine gold, and even rhodium (an extemely hard and durable plating which looks similar to sterling silver).
Colors: Color fills are available at .20 per color, per side
Chain attachments: Standard 24" ball chains are included in pricing. Rope chains and corded chains are available.
Pricing includes both puzzle peices customized. We can also manufacture your puzzle pieces to any size to accommodate needs.
Thickness: 2mm standard. We can manufacture at any thickness to accommodate any need, call for quote.
Mold: $125 (and archived for your future use). $125 for second side (for two sided items add 15% to item price plus additional mold).

Our design team will optimize your artwork for the casting process at no extra charge.
Can I add color to die-cast products?
Absolutely. Die-cast items can be finished with optional color fills — soft enamel or hard enamel paint is applied into the recessed areas of the design for a vibrant, eye-catching look. Products can also be left as polished or antique-finished metal for a classic appearance. An optional clear epoxy dome can be added for extra protection and a glossy finish.
What metal finishes are available for die-cast items?
Common finishes include polished gold, polished silver, polished copper, antique gold, antique silver, antique copper, black nickel, and satin finishes. Dual-tone plating (such as gold and silver on the same piece) is also available on many products.
