30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about any issue with your order.

Custom Products

Because promotional products are personalized with your logo or artwork, returns for custom items are limited to:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Manufacturing errors
  • Products that don't match the approved proof
  • Items shipped in error

If we made a mistake or something's not right, we'll make it right—replacement, reprint, or refund.

Blank (Non-Custom) Items

Undecorated products may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue
  3. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll provide return instructions
