Reordering

We launched a new PromotionalProductsOnline.com in February 2026 — faster, easier to navigate, and built for how you actually work. Your login is just your email now (no username to remember), and everything looks great on your phone when you need to check a proof on the go.

Your order history is safe with us. We have records going back over a decade — order details, artwork, proofs, shipping addresses, all of it. For orders placed before January 2026, self-serve reordering isn't available online yet, but we can pull everything up on our end. Just get in touch.

How to Reorder

Need to place a reorder? You've got options:

  • Use the form below — Give us your order number, company name, or any details you have. We'll find it.
  • Reply to an old email — If you still have a past order confirmation or proof email, just reply to it.
  • Call or email us directly — We're at (877) 228-0656 or art@promotionalproductsonline.com. We'll look it up for you.

Once we locate your order, we'll send a proof and a link to confirm. After you approve, the order goes into your account for easy self-serve reordering next time.

What We Keep on File

Order numbers, quantities, and color selections. Approved artwork and proofs. Shipping addresses and past order history.

Need to Make Changes?

No problem. We can send your original artwork back to you, adjust quantities, swap colors, or update the design before your reorder ships. Just let us know in the form.

Don't Have Your Order Number?

That's fine — a company name, approximate date, or product description is usually enough for us to track it down.
