Proofing Process

Every order includes a digital proof - a visual preview of your finished product before anything goes to production.

How Proofs Work

After you place an order, we'll send a digital proof showing your artwork on the product - including placement, size, and colors. Review it, request changes if needed, and approve when you're happy. Production begins after approval.

Timeline

• Initial proof: Same business day in most cases
• Revisions: Typically within 24 hours
• Production: Starts immediately after your approval

Revisions

Change your mind about the layout? Want to try a different color? Revisions are included at no extra charge. We'll keep adjusting until you're satisfied.

Designed It Yourself on Our Site?

If you used one of our online design tools, you can skip the proof step if you'd like - but we still review every file before production. If we spot an issue (wrong resolution, clipped text, color problem), we'll reach out before anything prints.

Physical Samples

Want to hold the actual product with your logo before committing to a full order? We can produce a physical sample for an additional fee. Contact us for details and timing.
