Promotional Products Online ships custom and stock promotional products throughout the United States and Canada.

Production Time

Most orders ship within 5–10 business days after proof approval, depending on the product, customization method, and order volume. Production time refers to when an order leaves our facility; shipping transit time is additional.

Production timelines may vary for complex customizations, large quantities, or specialty finishes. Estimated timelines shown on product pages are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS and FedEx. Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service level. Expedited and overnight options may be available at an additional cost.

Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships. Orders over a certain value may require a delivery signature for security.

Rush Production & Expedited Shipping

Rush production may be available for select products and timelines and may incur additional fees. In some cases, expedited shipping alone may meet your deadline without requiring rush production.

If you have a firm delivery date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can confirm feasibility.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has shipped and has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. Promotional Products Online is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada via FedEx International. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. For other international destinations, please contact us for availability and pricing.

APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure addresses are entered correctly to avoid delays.
