If your organization is exempt from sales tax, we can process your orders tax-free once we have your documentation on file.
Who Qualifies?
Tax exemption varies by state, but typically includes:
- Nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3) and others)
- Schools and universities
- Government agencies (local, state, federal)
- Churches and religious organizations
- Resellers with valid resale certificates
What You'll Need
To set up your tax-exempt account, provide one of the following:
- Resale certificate – for businesses purchasing for resale
- State exemption certificate – issued by your state's tax authority
- IRS determination letter – for 501(c)(3) nonprofits
- Government purchase documentation – for agency orders
Documentation must be valid for the state(s) where we're shipping your order.
How to Submit
- Email your exemption certificate to orders@promotionalproductsonline.com
- Include your organization name and contact information
- We'll confirm receipt and add the exemption to your account
Processing typically takes 1 business day.
After You're Approved
Once your documentation is on file, all future orders ship tax-free. Just place your order as usual—no need to resubmit paperwork each time.
Multi-State Shipping?
