Minimum Quantities
Most custom products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Here's how it works and what to expect.
Why Minimums Exist
Custom production involves setup - preparing screens, dies, or digital files for your specific artwork. Minimums spread that setup cost across enough units to keep per-piece pricing reasonable.
Typical Minimums
- Most products: 50–100 pieces
- Apparel: 12–24 pieces per design
- Tech & premium items: 25–50 pieces
- Budget giveaways: 100–250 pieces
Each product page shows the exact minimum for that item.
Volume Pricing
The more you order, the lower your per-piece cost. Most products have tiered pricing at quantity breaks - you'll see the full pricing table on each product page.
Need Fewer?
Some products are available with lower minimums or even no minimum at all. If you need a smaller quantity, contact us - we'll let you know what's possible.
Samples
There are two ways to evaluate a product before committing to a full order:
- Spec sample: A blank, undecorated product so you can assess the size, weight, and quality in person. Great for choosing between options.
- Production sample: An actual unit with your logo applied - a true preview of the finished product. Available for an additional fee.
