Customization Methods

Every product in our catalog can be customized with your logo, text, or artwork. The method depends on the product material and the look you're going for. Here's what's available.

Screen Printing

Ink is pressed through a fine mesh screen onto the product surface. Areas outside your artwork are blocked, so only your design receives ink. The result is bold, opaque color with excellent durability. Works well on flat surfaces like bags, apparel, and drinkware.

Laser Engraving

A focused laser beam removes a thin layer of the product surface, leaving a clean, permanent mark. On metals like stainless steel or nickel, this creates a subtle tone-on-tone effect. For higher contrast, an oxidation treatment can be applied - a hand-finished chemical process that darkens the engraved area to a rich black. Laser engraving works on metal, wood, leather, and coated surfaces.

Laser Etching

Similar to engraving, but calibrated for materials like crystal, glass, and natural surfaces. The laser creates a frosted, etched appearance without cutting through. On crystal awards and glassware, this produces an elegant, refined look.

Full Color Transfer

Your artwork is printed in full CMYK color, then applied to the product using heat and pressure. The result is photographic detail with sharp edges and vibrant color. Ideal for complex logos or designs with gradients and multiple colors.

Full Color Vinyl Labels

High-resolution digitally printed labels applied to the product surface. Depending on the item, labels may have a semi-gloss or laminated finish for added protection. A practical choice for detailed artwork on hard surfaces.

Full Color Dome

A vinyl label topped with a clear resin dome. The raised "bubble" adds depth and dimension while protecting the printed image underneath. Common on keychains, badges, and small promotional items.

Digital Direct Printing

Full-color artwork (CMYK plus white) printed directly onto the product surface using UV-cured inks. No labels or transfers - the ink bonds directly to the material. Allows for large imprint areas and vibrant, photographic color.

Dye-Sublimation

A heat-driven process where ink is converted to gas and fused permanently into polyester fabric or polymer-coated surfaces. Unlike surface printing, the image becomes part of the material - it won't crack, peel, or fade. Colors are vivid, and the imprint has no texture you can feel. Used on apparel, bags, mousepads, and drinkware with sublimation-ready coatings.

Die Casting

Molten metal (typically zinc alloy) is injected into a custom mold to create a fully three-dimensional shape. The result is a solid, weighty piece with fine detail and a premium feel. Finishes include polished metal, antique effects, and enamel color fills. Used for 2D and 3D shapes with depth, texture, and intricate details.

Die Striking

A brass blank is stamped under high pressure using a custom die, creating a raised or recessed design. The result is a classic, refined look with crisp edges. Soft enamel or printed color can be added to fill recessed areas. A traditional technique for high-quality emblems and commemorative pieces.

PVC Molding

Soft, flexible PVC is injected into a custom mold to create a rubbery, 3D shape. Colors are molded in (not printed), so they won't chip or fade. The material is durable, waterproof, and has a tactile, playful feel. Common for keychains, patches, and promotional giveaways.
