We ship via UPS and FedEx—both options are available at checkout. Here's what to expect.
Production Time
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days after proof approval, depending on the product and customization method. Check individual product pages for specific timelines.
This is when your order leaves our facility—transit time is additional.
Shipping Methods
Ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Express and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
- Tracking: You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
- Signature required: Orders over $300 typically require a signature for security.
- Split shipments: Need to ship to multiple locations? We can split your order for distribution to different offices, events, or regions. Contact us to arrange details and pricing.
Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed. For large or heavy orders, request a quote to get exact shipping costs before you commit.
Rush Production
Tight deadline? Rush production may be available depending on the product and current workload.
What's possible
- Simple customizations (laser engraving, single-color imprints) can often be expedited.
- Complex customizations (multi-color printing, custom molds, specialty finishes) have longer minimum production times that can't always be shortened.
Rush fees
Rush orders typically incur an additional fee, which varies by product and timeline. We'll quote this before you commit.
When expedited shipping is enough
Sometimes you don't need rush production—just faster shipping. If your timeline is close, upgrading to 2-day or overnight delivery may get your order there without a rush fee.
On a Deadline?
If you need your order by a specific date:
- Mention your deadline in the order notes at checkout
- Or contact us before ordering so we can advise on production and shipping options
We'll tell you what's realistic. If we can't meet your date, you'll know upfront.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada via FedEx International. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to military addresses. Please ensure your APO/FPO address is formatted correctly—we're experienced with these shipments and happy to help if you're unsure.
